At Sierra Darien, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
